KI Career Service supports students, doctoral students, postdoctoral researchers, and researchers in exploring and preparing for career opportunities within and beyond academia. We provide individual career guidance, organize the doctoral course Career Skills for Scientists to help doctoral students prepare for careers after their PhD, and manage a funded internship programme for PhD students and postdoctoral researchers, promoting intersectoral mobility. We also oversee the Researcher Blog, featuring articles on research careers and transferable competences, and offer seminars, workshops, lectures, and online resources promoted through the KI Calendar and the monthly Career Service newsletter.
