Take part in one of the largest student-focused career events in Stockholm. Volunteers keep the day running — and get a close-up view of how it all works.
As a volunteer you will contribute as info-desk support, workshop assistant, booth support, and on-site tasks.

The Business Committee is welcoming new members across all four teams. Apply for as many positions as interest you — plenty of people do.
Team
Finance
Finance Managers oversee the committee’s financial operations to ensure transparency and accountability. Their responsibilities include preparing and maintaining financial statements, creating and monitoring budgets, managing payments and reimbursements, and tracking income and expenses. They work closely with other departments to ensure financial resources are allocated efficiently and comply with organisational policies.

Operations & Logistics
Operations & Logistics (Event) Managers oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of events from start to finish. They are responsible for developing event timelines, coordinating venues, managing suppliers and partners, and ensuring all logistical requirements are met. During events, they ensure smooth operations by troubleshooting issues, managing on-site coordination, and ensuring that activities run efficiently, safely, and according to plan.

Communications & Marketing
Communications & Marketing Managers are in charge of creating, managing, and distributing engaging content across various platforms. They develop communication strategies to promote events, initiatives, and announcements while ensuring consistent branding and messaging. Their responsibilities include managing social media accounts, tracking engagement and analytics, responding to inquiries, and maximising outreach to effectively engage the target audience.

Corporate Relations
Corporate Relations Managers are responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with external partners, sponsors, and stakeholders. They serve as the primary point of contact between the committee and partner organisations, professionally communicating the committee’s vision, goals, and values. Their role includes identifying potential partners, negotiating collaborations or sponsorships, fostering trust, and representing the committee within the wider community and corporate sector.
